As a Senior Marketing Data Specialist at Frost, you will:
- Segment, track, and analyze community banking information to extract pertinent customer information
- Act as the bank's liaison between Frost marketing and Salesforce to ensure that all programs are working properly
- Build performance reports to maintain a current understanding of our success parameters and tell the story of our community banking efforts
- Collaborate with multiple lines of business to ensure that all needs are being met with marketing campaigns
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
To be successful you will need:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Information Technology
- 2+ years of experience in SQL database management and Data Warehouse queries
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Access
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
- Proactive and collaborate mindset
An ideal candidate might have:
• Experience and familiarity with Tableau
