About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Director to oversee full-stack marketing initiatives. From email, to social to building campaigns that activate and help accelerate our creator acquisition and growth. This is a hands-on role paired with the need for strategic thinking. 

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with top coveted brands and influential social commerce creators. The best candidates will have a deep love for creators, commerce, and being in the know with friends and moments of cultural zeitgeist. 

You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will:

• Own full stack marketing campaigns from social to SEO and email
• including creative, development, testing and iteration 
• Drive successful execution of marketing programs, campaigns, and content that grow leads and nurture existing users
• Have a bias for action while being able to experiment and test ideas and strategies

We’re Excited About You Because:

• You’ve worked at an early stage company and have experience growing products, and an audience, defining its position, and leading launches
• Substantial  experience in marketing, with a focus on growing audiences and leading acquisition strategies
• You have experience organizing and creating strategy for social and content campaigns
• You are highly organized and detailed, whether you’re project managing or writing content 
• Have the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on the results 
• You have a knack for creating and validating cool copy- somewhat of a cultural zeitgeist 
• You have a high taste level and pride yourself on creating on-brand, aesthetically pleasing work
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to deal with ambiguity, flex between high-level strategy and deep execution, in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Of your ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
• You have a high level of accountability and relentlessly high standards.
• You’re fluent with digital native software like Figma, Canva, Braze and are excited to learn new things.

The base salary range for this role is $170,000/yr - $210,000/yr USD.

At Howl, we offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of base salary, incentive pay and stock options. Incentive awards are allocated based on individual performance. Certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
