Our Senior Marketing Executive will lead lead Workato's marketing efforts in Japan. In this role, you will have the chance to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a significant impact on our business.

[Responsibilities]

  • Lead Events and Campaigns: Take charge of planning, executing, and managing captivating field and partner events. From concept to post-event follow-up, you will oversee all aspects, ensuring the events generate substantial leads and support our regional sales pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Drive Growth: Work closely with Global Marketing and Regional Sales to create highly effective demand generation programs and captivating campaigns across various channels. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing sales pipeline, accelerating growth, and expanding our customer base.
  • Execute Integrated Marketing: Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan across all channels, including email, digital, paid industry programs, direct mail, and webinars. Your role will involve engaging target accounts and creating impactful content such as copywriting for landing pages, promotions, ads, case studies, and presentations.
  • Foster Localization: Identify resources to localize marketing communications, product materials, and digital assets. By ensuring our messaging resonates with diverse markets, you will contribute to our global success.
  • Measure Impact: Employ your analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities. Your insights will guide future strategies and optimize our marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and vendors. Your ability to connect and engage with others will be critical in driving business growth.
  • Support Sales Development: Partner with the SDR team to create awareness, engagement, and follow-up campaigns. Together, you will ensure a seamless transition from marketing efforts to sales conversion.

[Requirements]

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience, demonstrating a track record of success
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo, enabling you to leverage these tools effectively
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously
