We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our expanding Marketing team focused on Demand Generation & Performance Marketing. Reporting to the Marketing Director you will oversee all the tactics used to develop and cultivate long-term customer relationships to drive new and renewal revenue across our Mid-Market and Direct Business units. The successful candidate will create and manage a team of 2+, developing the strategy to execute demand generation marketing programs that create awareness, generate high quality leads and shepherd prospects into qualified opportunities for our sales teams. They will also be responsible for the management of digital activities and diversifying the channel mix using paid social channels, focusing on campaign-specific results and driving the marketing department’s commercial performance.
Hudl has a flexible location policy. Being close to our Leeds or London office is advantageous but we’re open to remote working for the right person.
You are

- Customer-centric. You have 3+ years of B2B marketing experience ideally in a SaaS or related field and understand the role of demand generation and performance marketing.
- Two-brained. You have the ability to transition between creative right-brain thinking and analytical left-brain approach to deliver marketing campaigns on-time, on-cost and on-quality with measurable results.
- Collaborative. You’re an effective communicator who understands the importance of working with other team members to create great campaigns that reach business goals.
- Organized. You’re excellent at prioritizing and breaking down complex challenges into manageable steps, even if it’s something you’ve never done before. You take ownership of your tasks and are able to effectively prioritize what needs to get done.
- Adaptable. You’re able to take change with grace and flexibility and adjust your workflows as necessary to remain productive and get your work done.
- A Player Coach. Capable of recruiting, developing and leading a small team of Go To Market specialists to help Hudl achieve its growth goals.
- Research. Gather both customer and market insights and data points to inform campaign creation.
- Strategise. Develop strategic guiding policy and work hands-on with your team (to be hired), set clear timelines, deliverables and milestones.
- Coordinate. Establish project plans working closely with cross functional key stakeholders and hold everyone accountable.
- Execute. Build and optimize revenue generating and churn decreasing marketing campaigns, ensuring proper tracking mechanisms are in place.
- Evaluate. Assess campaign performance, gather feedback from frontline teams and lead team retros.
- Optimize. Track and broadly report on progress; document action Items, takeaways and next steps; optimize campaign.
- Budget. Work within the marketing budget and deliver positive marketing ROI.
- Support. Equip Sales, CSM and Support with resources to sell / retain efficiently and effectively.
