This role is responsible for leading the ideation and development of compelling cross-platform advertising programs and strategies for iHeartMedia biggest entertainment clients. You bring polished written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate ideas, and accurately translate those ideas into successful campaigns.

About the role

We seek a Senior Marketing Manager to help us accelerate audio growth within the entertainment category. The ideal candidate will bring experience in entertainment, understand the landscape, language and nuance of advertising in this space. In this role, you'll work closely with the iHeartMedia Entertainment ad sales vertical to help drive revenue leveraging iHeartMedia's assets - from live broadcast radio across 856 stations to our digital app with over 140m registered users, 1000+ podcast catalogue, our new data and programmatic tools, our roster of talent, and thousands of culture-driving concert events every year!

About the team: This position will sit within the Sales Development team whose mission is to partner with sales to support overall revenue growth. The team focuses on the pre-sale development of client opportunities by building strategic proposals that engage consumers, that can be seamlessly executed across our platforms, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

• Partnering with sales leads within the Entertainment team on RFPs and developmental opportunities. Ideating, crafting compelling media strategies and selling in ideas. Responsibilities will be predominantly on entertainment (TV, Film, Streaming, Gaming), but the ideal candidate should have experience working across a broad range of categories/verticals
• Engage with Research and Measurement teams to best set our programs up for success
• Ensure program feasibility across various internal teams
• Present programs and recommendations to clients in conjunction with sales partners
• Use post-sale data to better inform our pre-sale efforts

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of creating strategy & developing campaigns; prior experience with and a passion for the entertainment category strongly preferred
• Media (client or agency) background preferred
• Creative, Curious with a Passion for fresh ideas
• Technical mastery of MS Office Tools
