Job Overview
- We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing stream of our project, execute effective marketing campaigns, implement structured CRM funnels, and maintain stable lead traffic and high customer retention levels.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, present, and launch effective acquisition funnels to enhance lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (messengers, email, content marketing, SEO, SEM, etc.).
- Collaborate with sales and product teams in research, campaign creation, and optimization efforts;
- Prepare the roadmaps for campaigns, create content, and landing page prototypes, and brief the designers, content managers, and developers;
- Prepare reporting on the campaign and promotion results;
- Design, set up, and optimize marketing and sales workflows in CRM systems to manage customer relationships, track marketing activities, and analyze data to improve campaign performance;
- Plan the marketing strategy of the project, and share insights on product improvement from the marketing perspective for higher results;
- Create oversee and improve marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies;
- Effectively cooperate with sales teams to improve the marketing campaigns’ performance and CRM processes;
- Search and manage outsourced production teams when necessary (copywrites, video editors, SEO specialists, etc.);
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget within the project on a monthly and quarterly basis and allocate funds wisely to maximize ROI;
- Communicate with 3rd party marketing service providers when necessary.
- 5 years of marketing experience within the EdTech or/and FinTech industry.
- Proven experience in launching and managing effective digital marketing campaigns;
- Proficiency in marketing data analysis, excellent understanding of marketing KPIs;
- Excellent experience in Google Analytics and similar analytical tools (from set-up tracking pixels to data analysis);
- Proven experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, and other marketing automation tools;
- Good understanding of CMS and landing page builders (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, WIX, etc.)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Strong analytic skills, system thinking, and good communication skills;
- English - Upper-Intermediate and higher;
- Highly desirable: Spanish - Intermediate and higher.
