As the biggest supporter of web3 adoption in the country, YGG Pilipinas regularly produces educational content and hosts community events for its more than 1 million members and social media followers. These initiatives include the online learning platform Web3 Metaversity, the multi-city tour YGG Pilipinas Roadtrip, and the weekly Discord show Crypto Fiesta.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing high-level marketing operations, and maintaining key client relationships. This role includes leading innovative campaigns for game partners, overseeing event marketing initiatives, and enhancing the YGG Pilipinas brand through effective marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for YGG Pililipinas’ game and brand partners
• Lead event marketing initiatives for YGG Pilipinas online and offline events such as YGG Pilipinas Roadtrip, YGG Play Summit, Metaversity workshops, and etc.
• Conduct performance marketing for game and other client campaigns
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing team
• Oversee and analyze performance and execution of marketing campaigns
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients together with the Account Management team

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in senior marketing roles around gaming, tech or ecommerce
• Preferably, possess great knowledge and experience in web3, particularly within the gaming sector
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and community engagement
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Creative thinker with a passion for gaming and emerging technologies
• Proven track record in managing high-level client relationships
