About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting marketing strategy and execution for our assessment portfolio. This role will partner with product, support, training, technology, and sales to develop a sound strategy for new customer acquisition. You will ensure value messaging to the market, and create sales enablement that drives revenue growth and customer retention.

Responsibilities
  • Lead articulation of our product's value through development of sales training material and a comprehensive suite of sales tools that support the buyer journey
  • Develop the key messaging platform that includes efficacy, and draws from continuous research on product offering outcomes
  • Collaborate with product colleagues to monitor product performance and collect and analyze related market feedback
  • Track and solicit information on new products that informs marketing messages and promotional pieces
  • Analyze the market using existing and new market data to create product marketing strategies that ensure our products meet existing and emerging customer needs
  • Lead go-to-market plans for new products, in collaboration with cross-functional teams


Requirements
  • 4-year education in Business, Marketing, Communications, PR or related field
  • Have 5 years experience in product marketing, sales, product development and/or media
  • Demonstrate Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint use.
  • Be experienced with product marketing, sales, or product in the nursing/allied health technology space.
  • Have ability to travel 10%
