LOCATION: Caliber provides a remote workplace model with access to coworking office space in the U.S. for employees who would like a change of scenery or an opportunity to meet with local colleagues.

About the Role
Caliber is looking for a B2B-savvy marketing pro with expertise in developing, executing, measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns to raise our industry profile. The marketing manager is responsible for creating and executing campaigns to support Caliber’s business development pipeline (sales leads) and talent pipeline (hiring leads). The role will manage and collaborate with other team members to execute on Caliber’s website, blog and social media content, email marketing, digital advertising and public relations. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $115,000 + bonuses and benefits. In this role, you will also serve as an internal spokesperson for Caliber’s marketing efforts.

About your Responsibilities
Overarching goals are to manage marketing initiatives for Caliber through to completion, build brand awareness and generate leads.Â
This will happen through a combination of the following areas that the right candidate would be responsible for:

Content marketing (writing, video, graphic design, etc.)

Digital advertising (programmatic and social)
-
Event planning support (networking events for clients and industry)

Industry awards and rankings (strategy and writing or copyediting submissions)

Public relations (press releases and media outreach for targeted announcements)

Social media marketing (copyediting organic-focused post writing, creative)
-
Sales support (collateral – slide decks, one-pagers, email marketing, etc.)

Recruitment support (collateral - slide decks, creative, social media, website strategy)

Additional responsibilities include:

People Management: Potentially managing team members focused on Caliber’s marketing, events and salesÂ

Project Management: Plan and oversee ongoing initiatives, projects, timelines and budgets

Reporting: Create monthly reports to showcase KPIs for Caliber, to share with management and the broader team

About our Ideal Candidate

A minimum 7 years relevant B2B integrated marketing experienceÂ
-
Experience in a creative or public relations agency settingÂ
-
Critical thinker, creative problem-solver with attention to detail and quality

Excellent writing and copy editing skills a must

Experience leading a teamÂ

Demonstrates success in planning, executing and measuring marketing campaigns across multiple channels simultaneously

Knowledge of marketing technologies, such as platforms for website management, graphic design, CRM, marketing automation, social media; Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
