POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

The Sr Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to bring our products and services to all residents and businesses within the Blue Stream Fiber service areas. Your goal is to help grow our brand's consideration of products and services while maintaining our brand's reputation, consumer loyalty and satisfaction. In addition, focus on strategic go-to-market marketing initiatives and projects that further drive sales. The top candidate will be able to excel in a fast-paced environment, have strong marketing skills, be an excellent coach, able to think out of the box, be hungry, humble, and smart.

What your day will look like:

• Focus on the promotion of products and services to residents within our communities and service areas to first meet our customer needs followed by meeting sales and revenue objectives.
• Develop and execute unique marketing plans to launch products and services to each community utilizing direct mail, grassroots marketing, social media, and digital campaigns that meet brand awareness.
• Working closely with the Vice President of Marketing to ensure that all collateral and programs are executed on time, on brand and on budget.
• Work with cross functional teams to meet the needs of our customers and our sales objectives for all our businesses.
• Oversee the development and execution of our Go to Market plan for our B2B sector.
• Track, manage and report on project timelines and goals.
• Manage relationships with all outside partner agencies.
• Provide coaching and development of multiple marketing team members.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
• Push the envelope on new ways to engage our target audiences.
• Manages and attends events on behalf of Blue Stream.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the table:

• 8 years of experience in related field/industry
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership experience and skills.
• Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.
• Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

General Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in related field/industry bachelor's degree
• Able to communicate in the English language. Bilingual in any language is a plus
• Able to organize and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point
