About Databook

Databook is rapidly growing, and we are looking for an experienced demand generation and account-based marketer to support the strategy, execution, and optimization of account-based marketing activities including, but not limited to, campaigns, events, digital and social. This individual should have a strategic customer-focused mindset and a successful track record of fostering valuable partnerships with sales. They will be instrumental in helping sales penetrate prospect accounts, realize customer accounts' lifetime value, and hit their quotas through custom and personalized account-based motions.

The Senior ABM Manager will orchestrate highly targeted, multi-channel account-based marketing (ABM) programs and strategies that drive demand, generate awareness and build and accelerate pipeline with enterprise prospects and customers.

This is a six month contract role with the opportunity to be hired full time depending on business needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies and integrated campaigns that successfully engage key contacts at target accounts and ultimately generate and accelerate sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute compelling ABM strategy and programs that successfully engage target accounts, moving them effectively through the buyer's journey to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Understand the buyers within target enterprise accounts – pain points, demographics, and how they buy.
  • Partner with customer marketing, content marketing, business development, and creative teams to plan, organize and execute engaging, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Use analytics and insights to profile and target ideal target accounts and contacts.
  • Communicate all campaign plans, activities, and feedback through regular communication and follow up with the rest of the marketing and the sales organization.
  • Track program results, measure program success, and report metrics to sales and marketing stakeholders and executives.
  • Define evolving ABM budget needs; manage and work within the budget.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience working in high-tech B2B campaign marketing, demand gen and/or field marketing.
  • 2 years of experience in Account Based Marketing, including experience with modern Martech and Sales tech stacks (Salesforce included).
  • A strong campaign marketer with rich experience in inbound marketing, ABM, content marketing, lead nurturing, field marketing, audience targeting, advertising, content syndication, email, SEM, and events.
  • Experience working closely with the leadership team and sales executives to develop marketing processes, strategies, and content requirements.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project, analytical and budget management skills, working both strategically and in a hands-on fashion.

Ideal candidates will also have…

  • Enterprise software and/or SaaS experience.
  • Deep understanding of sales, the sales process, sales cycles and knows how to do account planning.
