What You'll Do:

• You’ll be part of the team responsible for expanding our Emma e-commerce business in Australia
• You will own marketing channel/s and are expected to create and execute on projects to reach channel targets
• You will take ownership of analytical projects end to end from extracting and exploring data to providing actionable insights
• You will work closely with stakeholders within and outside the team to ensure alignment with the country’s plans and objectives
• You will take on ad-hoc tasks that ultimately lead to growth of the business

Who We're Looking For

• Experience handling and negotiating with external partners (influencers, affiliates, agencies, etc.) driving effective partnerships.
• Creative problem-solver; has a knack for finding solutions for complex problems, experience navigating the intricacies of the Australian market a plus
• Data-driven individual that's able to leverage numbers to inform decisions, track performance, and define strategy.
