Overview
This role will report to the Senior Director of Brand & B2B marketing and you’ll collaborate with design, member marketing, research, product, corporate communications to drive client satisfaction and generate new opportunities with healthcare companies and employers.Â
What You’ll Do
- Partner with sales to develop compelling strategies to engage health plan partners, employers, and more. Manage ongoing content needs including GTM decks, sales sheets, blogs, demos, newsletters, webinars, videos
- Identify new, innovative channels and partnerships to reach our audience
- Spearhead and execute organic brand and content strategies to tell our brand story, mission, and the value we deliver to healthcare industry leadership and B2B clients.
- Identify, manage and negotiate external opportunities such as industry conferences, webinars, and more to amplify our brand efforts. Develop a measurement plan and KPIs to track effectiveness of our effortsÂ
- Develop creative strategic briefs informed by our brand goals and audience insightsÂ
- Maintain our brand library of assets, research, and sales collateral and respond to marketing requests across the organization
- Monitor and present strategies and activities of key competitors on brand efforts, value prop messages, content strategies, sponsorships & conference presence Â
- Lead PR and social media plans to support new client and product launchesÂ
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships, partnering with the design team, sales, clinical research and analytics, product, corporate communicationsÂ
Who You Are: Â
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or relevant fieldÂ
- 5+ years of strategic marketing experience for an enterprise audienceÂ
- Proven success creating and implementing strategic marketing plans for clientsÂ
- Demonstrated strength in storytelling and crafting a clear narrative to frame the organization’s value story; proficient with Powerpoint or Google Slides
- Experience or passion for client satisfactionÂ
- Experience positioning products, value props, and messaging across multiple audiences
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across levels to deliver results on complex initiatives
- Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across levels
- Strong, proven analytical skills and business acumen
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Healthcare experience is a strong plus

The salary range is $100,000-130,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, AbleTo offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
