The Senior Marketing Manager develops and executes on a clear B2B2C marketing strategy, providing tools to promote our Wisely products via our clients' communications channels, encouraging and enrollment and usage of the Wisely Card. In this role, you will:
  • Collaborate with Client Success team to develop holistic strategy focused on driving employee enrollment and engagement through employers
  • Work with Client Success team to actively market Wisely to employees through the employer (e.g., hold employee info sessions while on the ground at employers)
  • Create pitch decks and physical collateral to help enable employers to educate & train their employees regarding Wisely; ensure content is easily passed through to employees (e.g., printed materials)
  • Optimize & maintain employer digital assets and materials (e.g., welcome kit, in-product marketing tiles)
  • Lead B2B2C initiatives that leverage employer data to drive demand generation and awareness campaigns at key moments for employees (e.g., campaigns for employees transitioning workplaces)
  • Develop materials for employers to pass along to employees (e.g., online ads, activation emails)
  • Create employer incentive campaigns to encourage employers to adopt Wisely & promote the products to their employees, working with Client Success
  • Own and maintain Client Marketing Toolkits; continue to evolve the content offered.
  • Develop financial wellness materials for employers and employees to leverage.
  • Monitor & manage B2B2C marketing budget in line with marketing plan.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance based on defined KPIs and report out to marketing leadership.
  • Provide marketing support to Implementation team with onboarding and training assets.

Qualifications
  • 5 - 7 years marketing experience
  • Customer marketing experience
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • B2B2C content creation expertise
  • Payments card marketing or sales experience
  • Stakeholder management skills

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Compensation range for this role is - $79,000 - $160,400 / Year
