Workato is expanding its product marketing team, seeking high-caliber talentÂ
Your subject matter expertise is developing compelling content and evangelizing customer success. Your unique skillset will accelerate thought leadership in the Company’s new initiative on BPO. This role will report to the SVP Strategic Initiatives.Â
This individual will play a critical role in the build and execution of high impact content and programs that include Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, Competitor Analysis, Digital Awareness Programs. You will work cross-functionally to establish go-to-market strategies with product management; corporate, portfolio and field marketing; pricing; and sales leadership to enable adoption of our Enterprise Automation & Integration Solution.Â
Workato is a hypergrowth company.The ideal candidate is a data-driven product marketeer with a deep understanding of SaaS marketing strategies for B2B (Enterprise) SaaS products. We seek a candidate with a proven record of driving growth through product evolution, and the ability to think strategically and move with urgency.
In this role, you will also be responsible to:
Responsible for Customer Marketing & Demand generation of BPO & GCC pipeline working very closely with BPO sales & tech services teams
Responsible for the core bill of materials including campaign messaging framework, customer facing events, Digital content to grow the demand for BPO prospecting etc to enable our Enterprise sales motions
Conducting customer & focused field events to stay in touch with buyer needs, and create and maintain clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with our target audience
Be the “Enterprise Customer Marketer” and be the customer and product subject matter expert on Enterprise needs to bring in the events to customers, and at the same time bring in the prospects for demand generation
Be skilled at Campaign creation and measurement
Developing and executing the DG go-to-market plan collaboratively with sales leader and driving the pipe & opportunities
Demonstrating a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive business and product results that measurably deliver company impact
5-7 years of experience working in product marketing with responsibilities around core functions like messaging, content creation, thought leadership, digital strategies.
Ideal candidate also has experience in the Enterprise Automation space.
ProfiExpertise in B2B Enterprise marketing with the ability to rapidly gain an in-depth knowledge of the Workato product and sales engagement industry and competitors
History of improving processes, methodologies, programs, and/or frameworks that improved company impact, customer experiences, and/or cross-team performance
Creates a work environment that celebrates, encourages, and stands up for diversity & inclusion
Previous experience at growth-stage companies or driving significant revenue growth at larger companies is beneficial
Bachelor's degree
MBA strongly preferred
