Position Description
We are seeking a driven, innovative, and energetic marketing professional experienced in developing and executing demand generation strategies, preferably with a proven track record in the SaaS or restaurant tech industry. In this role, you will work collaboratively across teams located in North America and Europe and be accountable for execution that drives top-line growth. This role reports directly to the Marketing Director of MENU. What You will Do and Be Responsible For:
- Drive lead generation by developing and executing demand generation strategies, collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams, and leveraging inbound and outbound marketing tactics.
- Lead ABM efforts by partnering with Sales to identify target accounts and build highly customized campaigns that yield pipeline and revenue.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Content Marketing teams to ensure messaging and content align with the target audience's needs, and identify essential content needs for "Always On" and integrated campaigns; capable to craft short content chunks when assigned.
- Optimize lead management by collaborating with the MOPS and SOPs teams to optimize a lead management process.
- Analyze and improve by developing and maintaining robust data-driven analytics on all programs and campaigns, continuously evaluating program performance against goals to improve lead generation and conversion rates, and adjusting future strategy accordingly, while managing and optimizing budgets and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Foster strong relationships with Sales, SAM, and Customer Success to gain alignment on go-to-market strategies.
- Bridge the gap by supporting ongoing collaboration and alignment between Marketing, BDRs, and Sales teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS Demand Generation experience, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise organizations. Expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing initiatives targeted towards Marketing, IT, and Operations audiences.
- In-depth understanding of SaaS business models and key performance metrics.
- Proficient in utilizing modern marketing technologies like CRM, Marketing Automation, and ABM platforms. Experience in working with Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage internal and external resources effectively.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, adept at interacting with diverse stakeholders across all levels.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership.
- Industry experience in retail, restaurant, or grocery technology is a plus
