Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation (US Remote)

Summary

As Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, you will own our demand generation efforts at Avoma. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first and most senior member of our demand generation marketing function, and to truly define the role at Avoma.

We invest in the overall growth and continued development of each new hire. As a rapidly expanding business, there is a high degree of opportunity for progression, creativity, and ownership.

What you will be doing in the role (Responsibilities)

• Database marketing: Design and build integrated campaigns across multiple phases of the customer journey, including awareness, acquisition, and nurture.
• Field marketing: Design and build our event, direct mail, gifting, and webinar program
• Manage agency and contractor relationships
• As a senior member of the marketing team, facilitate collaboration and understanding between sales, marketing, and product teams at Avoma

Requirements

What you need to be successful in the role (Qualifications)

• Previous ownership of demand generation, including events, multichannel/multitouch campaigns,
• Goals: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve pipeline and revenue targets
• Reporting: Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into narratives
• Work outside the org chart to get things done

What sets you apart (Bonus Qualifications)

• Experience at an early stage startup
• Experience in B2B SaaS, especially for PLG, and/or a sales buyer persona
• Experience with marketing operations, ABM, analytics
• Experience with public relations, visual design, brand marketing
