Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Paid Search & Demand Generation. As a part of the Global Digital Marketing team, this role will work closely with the global campaigns team and the regional digital teams, aligning strategy for the paid and organic programs to drive leads and create pipeline.
Must have deep knowledge of paid search platforms Google and Bing Ads and of managing large enterprise global search programs.
This role is responsible for overseeing enterprise-level rams and tracking and attribution models to identify areas for improvement.
Extensive experience in B2B tech marketing and experience working with, and managing, external agencies is a must. The ideal candidate will be an analytical yet hands-on digital marketer with a passion for demand generation. We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative with a proven success record in project managing the execution of large-scale campaigns. This person will be excited by the challenge of working cross-functionally and across geographies at a fast-paced and innovative company.

How You'll Make Your Mark:
- Manage Global Paid Search campaign execution in coordination with the global agency
- Architect programs that drive audience engagement to deliver high-quality leads and build pipeline
- Translate global campaign objectives into paid search programs including defining and building target audiences
- Partner with stakeholders to understand regional goals to adapt strategy & go-to-market execution
- Develop media plans, audience journeys, and briefing documents to inform agencies and internal stakeholders
- Analyze KPIs and optimize and improve performance to achieve demand generation goals
- Document insights to improve lead conversion, investment mix and program ROAS and ROI
- Own the paid campaign launch process, test and measurement plan, and continuous multivariate testing
- Integrate paid search with other paid media and organic channels
- Collaborate with the Demand Operations team to represent digital channel contribution to business objectives
- Be responsible for operational tasks including budget management, invoicing, and procurement processes
- Become an integral part of the Global Digital Team, Growth Marketing, and the Aruba Marketing organization
About you:
- Proficient level knowledge of digital marketing and demand generation for B2B industry
- Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical ability
- Strong budget management skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence virtual teams.
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management
- Strong consensus-building and conflict resolution skills.
- BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Paid Search channel management with an international scope
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- Strong written, verbal and communication skills
- Proficiency using data and metrics to measure demand generation channels
- Experience with modern MarTech stack
