The Opportunity
One Medical is looking for a strategic and ambitious Senior Marketing Manager to join our team, specifically focused on One Medical’s markets in the South, reporting to our Director of Regional Marketing. Our business is growing quickly thanks to strategic partnerships with top-notch healthcare systems in markets across the country. You will be responsible for helping us navigate these new partner relationships as related to marketing and branding, working closely with two other Senior Regional Marketing Managers covering the West and East regions. This includes owning and managing the marketing plans for new offices and new market launches, focused on executing strategies that help us drive membership on a local level. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented marketer with a strong attention to detail, a quick starter attitude, and a passion for One Medical’s mission to transform healthcare for all.

Building relationships, both formal and informal, with stakeholders across One Medical and within your market, including health and brand partners and other community organizations, will be paramount to your success. It will be critical that you are well organized, plan ahead and are highly resourceful. This opportunity is especially exciting for someone who is a brand experience guru, translating a national brand to localized environments, creative problem solver, insights/research driven, and is motivated by a sense of ownership.
What you'll work on:
- Own brand experience both at a national and local level; Ideate creative campaigns and execute on the deliverables; experiential agency experience
- Manage their budget, campaigns and analytics to support member growth and engagement. You’ll lead the vision and execution of regional events, programs and campaigns.
- Identify unique brand partnerships for awareness opportunities in your southern markets

- Be the local voice back to HQ and down to local team members (HSP, Clinical and Operations) on how best to deliver our brand authentically across cities in your geographic region; give local team playbooks to be successful and act on behalf of marketing
- Coordinate with other marketing channels like PR/Comms, Social, Email, Direct mail and digital to develop integrated strategies in your region
- Understand what other marketing teams (Enterprise, PR) are doing to drive business in the market and be able to speak to those details with cross-functional partners
You’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in regional, retail marketing or experiential marketing – we want your expertise in helping to scale a brand experience nationally and solve local marketing challenges
- Experience developing marketing plans for new locations or products with a clear messaging strategy, business goals, and alignment of key stakeholders to get it done
- Comfort working strategically with senior leaders at our health system partners, but also getting your hands dirty with field marketing efforts on the ground (events, etc)
- Someone who can be the face of marketing at the local level with our clinical and operations teams, ensuring consistency of brand identityzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

This is a full-time role based in Houston, TX. This role requires 30% travel.
