Job Description

The Senior Marketing Manager, Technology Solutions will develop and implement an integrated B2B marketing strategy to drive the enrollment, engagement, and growth objectives of Covetrus' Prescription Management and Veterinary Care Plans solutions. This critical new team member will design, orchestrate, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns targeting veterinary clinics throughout the US. The Senior Marketing Manager will also provide assets, tools, and resources to the Covetrus Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure excellence in the field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designs and implements multichannel marketing campaigns to increase product awareness, generate leads, and help Covetrus grow revenue and expand market share
  • Creates messaging from a veterinary clinic's point of view and articulates the business value of Covetrus technology solutions
  • Tests messaging and offers and analyzes campaign performance data to identify which types of marketing messages have the greatest impact on our target audience
  • Partners with Product Management and Product Marketing to align on objectives, campaign prioritization, product messaging, and audience segmentation
  • Supports Technology Sales and Customer Success with collateral, proactive communication on campaign plans, and prompt responses to requests for information and assets
  • Partners with Demand Generation to implement digital marketing plans that drive lead gen including paid search, paid social, and third-party software review websites
  • Collaborates with Content and Campaigns on the execution of campaign deliverables including sell sheets, thought leadership assets, email templates, and direct mail pieces
  • Works with Customer Success to identify customer success stories and transform clinics' use cases into ROI-focused case studies, testimonials, and webinar and event presentations
  • Partners with the eCommerce team and helps veterinary clinics drive success of their Rx online storefronts by developing B2C promotions for clinics to leverage with their clients
  • Collaborates with B2B category managers to develop and execute programs that cross promote in-clinic products with the Prescription Management platform
  • Tracks the competition's marketing messaging, collateral, and campaigns to inform our go-to-market approach
  • Conducts monthly and quarterly analysis of performance vs. goals as well as program ROIs
  • Works with Sr. Marketing Director to develop Prescription Management and Veterinary Care Plans marketing budget
  • Attends regional and national events on an as needed basis to gain insights on clinics' needs and the competitive landscape


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.

Work Experience

5 + years relevant marketing experience, including marketing program planning, multichannel campaign management, messaging development, sales enablement, and product launches preferably in Veterinary or Human Healthcare

Experience in a large, highly matrixed organization is a strong plus

Technical Skills

Experience developing marketing programs and campaigns

A solid knowledge of marketing research

Proven track record of developing launch plans

Strong communication skills, writing ability, and project management experience required

Demonstrated presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Certification

No certification generally required

Travel

Ability to travel as necessary
