Position Summary
Onapsis is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our fast-paced team. The successful candidate will bring a strong knowledge of demand funnel marketing and customer journey lifecycle as well as the experience of successfully managing marketing processes and tools with improved data-driven results. You’ll have the ability to immediately impact decision-making in a high-growth company. Day to Day
- Manage and oversee the martech stack, processes and data analytics
- Define, manage and maintain our lead scoring and lifecycle models
- Develop new attribution and tracking methodologies that measure the ROI of our integrated marketing programs (i.e. paid, organic, field events, nurturing programs, etc.)
- Ensure that marketing systems are integrated and deployed effectively, including funnel optimization, goal definitions, data tracking, measurement, and analytics
- Own marketing automation, campaign set-up, and email execution
- Be the subject matter expert for marketing, supporting tool selection, usage, troubleshooting, configuration, and enablement
- Deliver and maintain marketing training and resource materials, highlighting best practices and opportunities to increase efficiency
- Own processes for database growth, enrichment, data hygiene, governance and quality and data security and compliance with regulations, such as GDPR
- Work cross-functionally with Revenue Ops and sales leadership to coordinate reporting and dashboard creation for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Required Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar functions
- Extensive experience implementing and managing martech stack and processes
- Understanding and experience with analytics, data processing and lead flows
- Strong knowledge of MAP (Pardot preferred) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Extraordinary program management and communication skills and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and IT teams
- Superior analytical skills and the ability to compile, analyze and leverage campaign performance data to both identify new opportunities and optimize existing marketing campaigns
- The desire and ability to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
- BA/BS in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
Location: Boston, MA preferred - East Coast a must
