The Role:
Cart.com has grown rapidly and is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager who will partner with our CMO and VPs of Marketing to further accelerate our growth. You will help to lead our Marketing Operations function by working to optimize demand generation, orchestrate lead flow, define and measure KPIs, perform analyses to inform strategic decisions and processes, and execute accordingly to drive top-line growth, funnel success, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who exemplifies ownership, enjoys delivering impact in fast-paced environments, and is a world-class partner to leaders and teams. This person will be a member of our cross-functional Go-to-Market and Revenue Operations team that will help unlock the next stage of Cart.com's growth.

The Role:

What You'll Do:
- Partner with senior leadership in the Marketing organization to drive demand generation and revenue growth
- Leverage Marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot) and data-driven analyses to help guide strategic and tactical decisions needed to help our Marketing and Sales teams succeed
- Define key Marketing metrics, working with Internal Analytics team to track and draw actionable insights from trends
- Build scalable, cross-functional processes in partnership with campaign owners to test and optimize campaigns and help improve marketing efficacy
- Understand sales funnel and collaborate with Revenue Operations to improve conversion rate
- Ultimately, adopt ownership mindset for Marketing Operations
Who You Are:
- You have proven knowledge of B2B Marketing, Account Based Marketing, marketing technology ecosystems, and tech or startup industry challenges and solutions
- You possess an in-depth understanding of the Marketing funnel
- You have cross-functional experience partnering with multiple C-Level/VP stakeholders
- You have a strong sense of ownership and strong verbal & written communications skills
What You've Done:
- You have 5-7 years' experience in B2B Marketing Operations, Business Operations, and/or top management consulting firms
- You have 2+ years' HubSpot experience with familiarity with all primary Marketing Automation/Hub functionality
- You have hands-on experience leading large-scale Marketing projects
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Analytics, Business, or a related field
Nice to Haves:
- Advanced certifications in HubSpot or similar tools (e.g., Marketo), Salesforce, and/or Tableau
- Experience in Marketing and familiarity with Revenue Operations
- Experience working in Tech or eCommerce startups
