Job Description
QGenda is seeking a Sr. Marketing Operations Analyst to join its growing team. The Sr. Marketing Operations Analyst will help improve the performance of the marketing team through the analysis of data and optimization of the lead flow into the CRM and other technology platforms. This role will partner with stakeholders within Marketing, Business Development and Sales Operations to drive efficiency and identify ways for marketing to strategically drive incremental pipeline by providing data-based recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Marketing, Business Development and Sales leadership to assist with the automation process for routing, distribution, and assignment of leads
Identify opportunities for operational improvements within the lead-journey processÂ
Support internal marketers as the go-to resource by telling the story of marketing opportunities and results for the company through clear, concise data
Roll out process improvement efforts and additional tools for the marketing team
Analyze data and historical campaign trends to provide insight and recommendations; ultimately informing marketing tactics and the overall GTM strategy
Define Marketing Qualified Leads and Sales Qualified Leads and use technology to track leads as they move through the lead follow-up and opportunity creation process
Continually monitor and measure campaigns to improve results, ROI and achieve pipeline goals
Create and share marketing-related reports including lead waterfall metrics, campaign results and ROI, and other company KPIsÂ
Working with other teams; design, develop, and manage the Martech stack and integrations between marketing and sales systems
Ensure marketing processes are documented and available cross-functionally as needed

Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2Â years of experience providing operational or analytics support to sales and/or marketing teams
Expert level knowledge with Excel and PowerBI or similar reporting platform
Understanding of a marketing funnel and how to align programs, channels and activities with customer journeys
Experience with building reports, writing insight summaries and presenting findings to executive management

Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent industry experience
5+ year’s experience in a Marketing, or Sales Operations Analysis role in a fast-paced environmentÂ

- B2B, SaaS or technology industry experience preferred
