The Team You’ll Work With
The Strategy & Operations team partners with Sales & Marketing leaders to drive Carta’s revenue strategy and best-in class execution.Â
The team mandate is to help accelerate revenue and optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue customer lifecycle. The team owns end-to-end strategy and execution, and the reporting and operational foundation for Carta to continuously scale and grow.Â
In this vital role, you’ll own and manage all foundational marketing and customer data, including governance, enablement and processes and related technologies. You will work closely with our Marketing Leadership, GTM Leadership, Data, and Finance teams to define, build, and scale a world class data and reporting foundation.

Are you an experienced Marketing Operations Analyst/Associate looking for an opportunity to advance your career?
If you are an analytical thinker comfortable working with large data sets conducting complex analysis, converting results into actionable business decisions, and effectively communicate outside of the box insights, we have the perfect job for you! The marketing operations function is growing and you'll play an integral role in enabling optimizations around marketing analytics and systems.
- Build reporting suite and capabilities for growth initiatives and business priorities.
- Support and lead executive and operational analyses, reporting, and deliverables (e.g., board materials, QBR)
- Support maintaining monthly Marketing, Channel, and GTM reporting suite and dashboards.
- Support company projects related to reporting, analytics as assigned, as well as ad hoc report requests from various members of the marketing team.Â
- Understand and find the best solutions for stakeholders' ad hoc questions related to different business projects and divisions based on data insights.
- Drive marketing data integrity across the GTM tech stack platform and processes.
- Execute and maintain processes for data uploads to our marketing database.
- Support the team with day-to-day tasks and troubleshooting processes.
- Develop and document definitions and processes.
- Structure and evaluate business problems, design and implement actionable recommendations, and track success metrics.Â
About You
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in marketing operations.
- Utilize strong analytical skills and ability to apply logic to solve problems.
- Data expert. Analysis and modeling (GSheet), summarizing (pivot tables, charts, slides, written explanation), reporting (dashboards, repositories, Looker)
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with multiple deadlines, ensuring completion per project budgets and timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to build highly effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and curious mindset.
- Proactive attitude and eager to constantly improve yourself. You have a can-do mindset, take ownership and responsibilities and enjoy working with a diverse team of people.
- Advanced skills required in SFDC, Outreach, Gsuite. Familiarity with GTM systems (Marketo, Bizible, Zuora, CaptivateIQ), Looker/BI tools a plus.
