This person will work closely with cross-functional members of our Content, Marketing Ops, and Sales teams as both a strategic partner and executional leader to drive conversion and revenue for the business.

The Tebra Marketing Team has proven success creating reliable, scalable sources of revenue for our company. The team is deep and talented, with many years of B2B marketing experience, so there are plenty of opportunities to collaborate with seasoned professionals possessing extensive industry, channel-specific and creative expertise.

Your Area of Focus

  • Own the feedback loop of testing new copy, creative, content campaigns, sequences, and timing—analyzing the results and sharing the learnings with our broader Marketing, Content, and Design teams
  • Collaborate on content strategy and help drive the content creation process, working cross-functionally with our Content and Design teams to move projects forward and continuously hone our messaging and positioning through lifecycle campaigns
  • Regularly report on key lifecycle marketing KPIs and campaign performance, making recommendations on how to continuously build upon the program
  • Drive development of reports and dashboards that allow for us to intimately measure and monitor program KPIs, working closely with the Marketing Analytics Manager as needed
  • Build on existing and establish updated rigorous A/B testing processes to test creative design, content, email cadence and timing to constantly improve performance
  • Meticulous project management in Asana to ensure all campaigns launch on time, in accordance with various SLAs (creative, MarOps, etc.), and all stakeholders are kept informed from campaign inception through post-mortem
Your Professional Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in growth or lifecycle marketing, with an emphasis on email program management, segmentation, lifecycle optimization, and project management
  • Strong A/B testing and analytical background with an exceptional ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Knack for writing or collaborating on great copy. Subject lines and lead-converting copy are your fortĂ©
  • Experience owning a revenue goal and driving campaigns in order to achieve that goal
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams or roles, specifically within content marketing, analytics, creative/design, sales, and operations teams/members
  • Critical lens for audience segmentation and the ability to quickly and accurately turn generalized insights to actions
  • Hands-on Marketo (or comparable platform) experience, including knowledge of email systems, attribution models, and lead scoring is a huge plus
  • CRM experience—preferably Salesforce; familiarity with lead/contact/opportunity records and reporting
