We are looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager with a passion for retail and marketing to lead some of our client’s largest seasonal campaigns. This person will work directly but independently with the Senior Seasonal Campaign Manager to lead campaign management efforts.

Would you like to…

  • Serve as the digital goods/gaming subject matter expert for the team
  • Lead campaigns end-to-end
  • Develop strategic briefs that are informed by the business, competitive landscape and align to customer segmented approach
  • Lead cross-team alignment with outbound channel partners and other cross- teams to develop campaign go-to-market strategy that will come to life across all channels
  • Work effectively through an influence model at all levels of the organization, including obtaining senior management and cross-team alignment and buy-in on plans to execute
  • Develop communications to inform the company and senior leadership teams of campaign approach, creative, and marketing plans
  • Maintain strong partnership to help lead the creative process with internal teams
  • Facilitate campaign updates and discussions in large groups, informing teams of critical upcoming milestones and campaign tracking
  • Work cross functionally to gather, analyze, and summarize insightful campaign reports that will impact future workstreams
  • Guide global markets on strategy and execution to ensure effective execution across markets
  • Lead Back to School and Holiday value proposition component of campaigns

We would like you to have…

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign GTM strategy, or integrated marketing
  • Digital marketing in retail or ecommerce is required, both would be a plus
  • Big picture problem solving - thrives in ambiguity and has keen ability to identify gaps/overlaps across teams/orgs and projects
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver strategy in digital marketing landscape
  • Excellent project management ability
  • Great attention to detail, highly organized, and brings an understanding of how to motivate, inspire and manage teams to deliver business critical results
  • Experience partnering with designers and creative partners to develop visual assets for various campaigns
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across organizational and team boundaries
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-changing environment
  • Proven record for data-driven decision making, innovative approaches and smart risk taking
