Senior Marketing Specialist

You will make an impact:
As the Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be focused on the planning, execution and reporting of various external and internal communications campaigns and projects. You will be responsible for a variety of duties, from social media management to content development and support for brand communications and thought leadership. You will benefit from close collaboration with eClinical Solutions' brand, events, and digital marketing teams, as well as a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Your day to day:
- Manage company's B2B organic social media channels with a focus on LinkedIn and Twitter
- Create, execute, and measure social media campaigns; manage post calendar development and publishing
- Develop and distribute messaging for eClinical thought leadership, industry relationships, and the company's employer brand
- Manage the marketing department's presence and communications on the company's internal intranet
- Support planning and execution of key internal company events, including quarterly company meetings
- Aggregate ongoing results and wrap-up metrics to review engagement and success for PR, social and communications campaigns
- Assist HR with employer brand strategy and communications
- Support brand messaging consistency and deliverables for PR, industry associations and partnerships, and other external communications

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Microsoft Office familiarity is required
- 3+ years of work experience preferred
- Social media - Hands-on experience planning, writing, and publishing content for social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Twitter
- Content and Communication - Highly proficient in writing (short-form/long-form) with strong attention to detail and quality; strong professional communication skills via phone, online and in person
- Stakeholder management - Confident engaging with colleagues, partners, and vendors, while managing the expectations of all audiences; good listening skills
- Visual Identity - Eye for design consistency across marketing; some familiarity creating graphics and using Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
- Events - Some experience in events recommended (conferences, tradeshows, panels)
- "A Doer" - Proactive and collaborative approach to work
- Organized - Effective at planning, taking notes and communicating important details to colleagues
- Flexible work - A self-starter who can work remotely as needed; comfortable working both independently and in close collaboration with other teams; interest in occasional travel
- Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/life sciences desired but not required
