Job Description
As a Senior Marketing Specialist at Frost, you will
- Partner with different lines of business to develop, recommend, and implement different strategies to achieve marketing goals
- Monitor marketing goals and status to ensure that initiatives and products remain competitive
- Collaborate with both in-house staff and agency partners to develop promotional literature for the bank
- Aid in the development of speaking points and sales tools to assist Frost Bankers in their sales endeavors
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
To be successful you will need
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Finance
- 2+ years bank and/or marketing experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective and innovative marketing strategies to drive improvements to business performance and customer experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
