Biotheranostics, a Hologic Company is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join the dynamic Oncology Marketing Team within the company's Diagnostic Solutions division. You will be responsible for coordinating commercial business needs that support our genomic tests in precision oncology, the Breast Cancer Index test and CancerTYPE ID test.

This role is based in San Diego, CA, where you will be part of a fast-moving and rapidly growing area of our business. You will directly support our mission of being a global champion of women's health and impact patient's lives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Commercial Enablement

  • On-boarding of new hires in the commercial team (Sales, Medical Science Liaisons, Key Account Managers, and Marketing)
  • Triage inbound leads to appropriate contacts.
  • Manage medical, legal, and regulatory review and approval of Marketing content via Agile and Wrike approval processes.
  • Own digital asset management (DAM) content (brochures, newsletters, postcards, digital assets, etc.) to ensure appropriate version control of content is available for commercial use.
  • Manage printed marketing collateral inventory and selling tools with the warehouse and fulfillment vendor.
  • Responsible for uploading new material to the online ordering portal, reviewing items for re-stocking, managing order approvals, and maintaining and uploading new users.
  • Account/Project support: manage projects from start to finish and track them daily/weekly.
  • Engage and collaborate with internal and external vendors including graphic and web designers, copywriters, advertising agencies, marketing promotional vendors, and printers to execute production and delivery of marketing collateral, promotional items, and other designated deliverables.
  • Support budget management including monthly accruals and forecasting.
  • Manage and track purchase orders and invoices.
  • Conduct market research surveys to gather customer and sales feedback.

Brand Experience Marketing

  • Coordinate the creation of and distribution of shared assets (backdrops, banners, invites, collateral, digital signage, etc.) for regional tradeshows and events.
  • Partner with external vendors on brand activations (messaging, visual elements, experiences, etc.) such as Susan G. Komen Walks/Runs across the nation.
  • Create brand experiences that drive internal commercial culture at sales meetings. This is your chance to be on trend and in the know to make us relevant.

  • Willingness and ability to travel (by land and/or air) up to approximately 10% of the time.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; may consider associate degree with commensurate work experience
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of Marketing experience; preferably supporting a commercial sales group

The annualized base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $98,600 and it is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
