This Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for marketing activities focused on expanding Workcloud solutions across a variety of industries. This role would oversee the creation, delivery, and execution of marketing programs that drive demand for Zebra solutions, in alignment with regional & vertical market goals. This role will work closely with groups across the global organization to achieve marketing targets with multi-faceted, integrated marketing campaigns and projects with the goal of increasing awareness, engagement, and demand across a variety of industries including banking, healthcare, CPG, hospitality, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as point person for solution expansion into targeted industry segments and geos for select Workcloud solutions.
  • Collaborates with vertical and product-focused teams in creating and executing campaign plans designed to generate demand for their area of responsibility.
  • Interprets the marketing strategy to define campaign objectives, goals and identify the marketing mix of deliverables, events, and media.
  • Manages the creation and deployment of campaign assets to achieve plan goals, including e-mail, digital, print, event-based and content syndication (3rd party) marketing tactics, among others.
  • Acts as the "demand creation expert" for areas of responsibility, including the monitoring of tactical performance, market trends, industry best practices to drive strategic insights and adjustments.
  • Leverages profile data and behavioral activity to drive sequenced programs that ultimately lead to right time, right message delivery.
  • Top-level comms plan and "campaign map" for area of responsibility, collating all planned tactics for the industry segment, geo, and solution in question.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years managing marketing programs or processes
  • Ability to think strategically and guide fellow stakeholders, based on marketing expertise
  • Strong tactical marketing skills & creative vision
  • An outcome-focused approach to marketing and demand generation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to relay campaign plans and results to internal and external audiences
  • An understanding of key marketing tools including Eloqua, Salesforce, and others
  • Understanding of demand processes and best practices for demand creation and acceleration including, but not limited to, understanding of contact and data management, lead management, revenue performance management
  • Expertise in campaign creation, creative direction and/or agency coordination
  • Program management
  • Digital marketing expertise; firm understanding of testing strategies and execution of all digital assets
  • Depth of experience in creation and strategic implementation of multi-touch/multi-phase campaigns in support of technically-advanced products & solutions
  • Candidate can work remote and able to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Public Relations, or Communications strongly preferred
  • Enterprise software marketing experience preferred

Salary: USD 82500.00 - USD 123700.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
