Minimum Qualifications
  • Professional experience Hubspot or Marketo
  • Professional experience with, social media, SEO, email and design techniques
  • Professional experience with creating Pivot Tables and Data Visualization in Excel
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools


Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in project management and marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field


Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Strategist is a creative professional who leads strategy in partnership with business leaders by developing integrated marketing programs and providing guidance in executing the program assets across multiple functions of the marketing team. This individual is an expert in industry knowledge. They influence accountability in delivering marketing programs based on business needs, marketing resources and capabilities, as well as provide consistent council and communication surrounding marketing strategy results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a marketing strategy that provides value with alignment to company objectives in partnership with business area leaders
  • Develop and guide implementation of integrated, cross-channel marketing plans to promote our products, increase brand awareness, and deliver external and internal communications
  • Collaborate with the project management team to create accountable methods to deliver value to the business
  • Collaborate with creative copy and design teams in the production of program assets, give initial direction and approve corresponding marketing collateral
  • Seek budget approval on marketing programs and ensure compliance with the approved budget
  • Monitor results of marketing programs/campaigns and present results to marketing channel and corresponding business areas with opportunities for improvement identified
  • Counsel the business area on decisions to start, stop or optimize strategies based on current and previous campaign results
  • Mentor and train associate marketing strategists and marketing strategists on complex projects and initiatives
