We are looking for a Senior Marketing Technology Product Manager to develop and lead our Data Unification & Enrichment strategy as we shape the foundation of internal and external customer experiences and personalization. We want a leader with a passion to innovate, an entrepreneur who likes working backward from the customer and tackling complex ambiguous problems. This is a mission-critical role with substantial scope, complexity, executive visibility, and has a large opportunity for impact.

You will drive strategy, execution, and management of our efforts around identity resolution to help Thomson Reuters rapidly scale our digital customer experiences - being equally comfortable leading projects and both internal and external partnerships. You will ensure that our technology systems work together seamlessly leveraging data to realize customer experiences and efficient operations; our money is spent wisely and that we operate in a coordinated way in the market.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Senior Marketing Technology Product Manager, you will:

  • Develop and drive strategy around Data Unification and Enrichment, business benefits and outcomes enabled via the execution and implementation of the platform.
  • Be a visible Subject Matter Expert on relevant topics including unified customer profiles, data platforms & identity resolution.
  • Document business use-case scenarios and expected outcomes in the context of Identity Resolution across the data lifecycle.
  • Develop and present POV's around our approach to Data Unification & Enrichment and how it will drive the business outcomes.
  • Making complex marketing technology initiatives real, end-to-end, with a cross-organization virtual team; being highly cooperative and confident in driving from conception to global execution to support global strategy.
  • Build capability roadmaps and constantly explore what is possible with evolving digital tools as a thought leader with the marketing community.
  • Select and manage data service providers and partners to ensure effective execution at enterprise and segment levels.
  • Serve as an internal champion for data and technology initiatives. Help marketers and digital product managers adopt best practices and available customer data.
  • Ensure the launch of new data, segmentation and profile capabilities and evolutions of the platform go smoothly (testing, post-launch monitoring & burn-in process and overall set up for long term success).
  • Establish and maintain successful relationships with a complex set of cross-functional stakeholders across marketing segments peers and leadership.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Senior Marketing Technology Product Manager if your background includes:

  • 5+ years of professional relevant experience as a product manager working with and/or developing data products.
  • Demonstrated experience building data platforms and orchestrating data signals to enable personalized experiences.
  • Proven experience managing marketing technology systems with a track record of delivering business results through a data-driven ecosystem - notably leveraging intent and identity resolution to optimize customer engagement.
  • Capable of analyzing complex data sets and delivering actionable business recommendations
  • Background of leveraging third party tools to integrate systems
  • Ability to run and support a strong prioritization process that creates clarity for stakeholders on what will happen, and what will not happen.
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate and evangelize a strategy at every level of the organization.
  • Exceptional analytics and quantitative acumen with understanding of tools like marketing mix models, multi-touch attribution, data management platforms, customer segmentation, and/or customer identity management.
  • Excellence understanding of digital customer journey and user experience principles.
  • Background of leveraging third party tools to integrate systems.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in data science, business, technology, or equivalent degree.
