Senior Marketplace Business Developer

We’re looking for  customer centric, data driven, and collaborative individuals to join our Mirakl Connect team. Mirakl Connect is the platform behind all components of Mirakl Seller’s e-commerce strategies and performance. At the intersection of seller growth and client success - our team serves as the client-facing representatives ,responsible for driving the growth and development of Mirakl’s global marketplace ecosystem. In this role, you’ll own both the seller Recruitment and marketplace onboarding aspects of our clients. 

What you will do at Mirakl:

• Identify, qualify, acquire and grow high-potential sellers through the proper acquisition channels.
• Work in tandem with Client Success to strategically and efficiently onboard the sellers/suppliers to Growth Marketplaces .
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Mirakl offerings to educate first-time Sellers on our Platform & Marketplace capabilities.
• Manage fast turnarounds and timelines to ensure timely and successful Marketplace launches & Seller Onboarding.
• Deliver comprehensive reporting to demonstrate progress & successful use cases of Mirakl platform.
• Work cross-functionally with Client Success, Partner/Channel Operations, Data, and Finance teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.

What Mirakl is looking for in a Candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 0-2 years of e-commerce, corporate retail, tech, sales, or general account management experience preferred
• Persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
• Negotiation and relationship management skills
• Problem-solving skills- ability determine root causes of problems, then implement solutions
• Experience with Salesforce
