About this role
We’re looking for a Marketplace Operations Analyst who is passionate about bringing in data to drive day-to-day performance of the Marketplace Ops team. You will monitor and build dashboards independently using SQL, conduct deep dive analysis to drive actionable business insights for the Marketplace Ops team, and present findings to key MOps leaders and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with our Marketplace Ops leadership team to ensure we are efficiently scaling our marketplace for Faire’s customers.
What you’ll do
- Manage stakeholders and build consensus by clearly communicating and presenting information in leadership meetings
- Identify and monitor clear trends in the data related to team operations, recommend business improvements, and clearly communicate impact on business
- Develop and monitor key performance indicator dashboards for the entire Marketplace Ops team
- Work with heavy data sets and have experience with data visualization
- Provide analytical support on projects related to Marketplace Ops (e.g., onboarding conversion funnel deep dives, impact sizing gains from tooling efficiency)
- Drive capacity planning in partnership with vendor management
- Set monthly and quarterly business goals for Marketplace Ops team members based on key parameters
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical function (analyst, consulting, and/or business operations background)
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Fluency in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets
- High-performer with strong track record
- Experience within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in handling partner expectations and ability to tie to business needs
