The Senior Medical Education Associate supports the ENT Medical Education, Marketing, and sales teams by planning and executing resident course trainings, national courses, regional product trainings, tradeshows, grants/exhibits, and labs in alignment with business strategy and objectives.

What you will do:

• Planning and executing of marketing/sales related event coordination
• Advanced understanding of educational program design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and execute Medical Education programs
• Organize in-class or virtual courses
• Organize regional courses, labs, or product demonstrations
• Support the planning and execution of tradeshows across the country
• Gather, track and organize data and information from Medical Education programs
• Understand and support our budgeting process
• Understand and provide input of training and medical education workstreams
• Understand customer profile, and adapt curriculum pathway
• Aware of commonly used internal and external communication tools and channels
• Set-up & tear-down equipment stations and interact with participants and faculty during medical education events
• Travel to and support medical education events across the nation
• Understand and drive ENT medical education and business strategy

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of relevant work experience required
• 2+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
• Previous experience with event planning and coordination is preferred
• Ability to travel during the week and weekends as needed
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
