Senior MES Engineer

Your Role:

As the Senior MES System Engineer, you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to support the factory software systems including configuration, maintenance and improvements manufacturing execution systems (MES). Basically, you’ll ensure that the manufacturing line runs efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management
• Support and monitor open-source and proprietary systems used for production
• Perform testing of new development
• Perform failure analysis, implement immediate containment solutions, and suggest long term solutions.
• Develop reports and dashboards
• Provide technical support to end users, including business analysts, line associates, etc.
• Work collaboratively with the headquarters factory software team to maintain data/system integrity

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or similar industry with 3+ years of experience in MES
• Proven knowledge + expertise, and passion for factory automation.
• Strong familiarity with production software.
• Programming skills in scripting.
• SQL and reporting skills.
• Basic Networking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven expertise with Sepasoft MES
• A diverse skillset including process controls, warehouse management, program lifecycle management (PLM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP)
• A wide range of experience with multiple MES platforms
• A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision
• Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies
• A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting
• A genuine fascination for the manufacturing and manufacturing execution fields and a commitment to global change

Annual Salary

($101,500 to $130,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
