Senior ML Engineer

SANDBX is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to join our team. As a Senior ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to drive data-driven solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems, design and deliver ML solutions, and provide technical leadership in the field of machine learning.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data to train and validate ML models
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and propose ML solutions
• Conduct experiments and analyze experimental results to improve model performance
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements and research in machine learning
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior ML engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning and data science
• Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with popular machine learning libraries/frameworks such as (PyTorch/TensorFlow/Jax, XGBoost/LightGBM/CatBoost)
• Proven experience with data processing, model evaluation and experiment tracking
• Thorough understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts
• Experience with deep learning and neural networks is a must
• Experience in ML models deployment
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Excellent English
