Your Opportunity

The Senior ML Ops Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, performance, and stability of machine learning models used for forecasting and analytics. This role involves continuous monitoring, maintenance, and improvement of ML pipelines, Docker images, and data synchronization processes to support reliable predictions and decision-making

1) Own and build MLOPs tasks –

• Perform in-depth analysis of forecasting model accuracy. Identify and fix issues causing low accuracy.

• Automate Model and Data Drift

2) Design and operationalize Model Pipeline and Docker Maintenance

3) Improve Model performances with enhancements

4) Export results in a wide format for monthly reporting and analysis

5) Eventing -

• Upload and process monthly CSV data into the database

• Implement eventing logic to derive insights from data

• Continuously improve eventing code logic for better results

Who You Are

• You hold a bachelor's degree (B Tech/ BE / Computer Science) and 6+ years of experience in Data Science with specializations in MLOPs. Preferably, you have a Master's degree (Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Economics/Econometrics, Computer)

• Any certifications on AI/ML/Data science would be an added advantage

• Should have experience in AWS , Python, GitLab CI, Github Actions, Airflow or similar tools

• General understanding of AGILE Project Delivery process

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.

• Knowledge of US/Europe pharmaceutical market and experience with pharmaceutical data would be a plus
