The Position

Our Mobile Application Engineers play an extremely critical role in the company by creating and maintaining hybrid mobile applications whose features and usability are "positively disruptive" for our customers. As a Mobile Application Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and perfecting a variety of mobile applications that serve our customers. Our technical stack is traditionally Ionic/Cordova, running mobile webviews containing HTML/Javascript/CSS mobile-enabled web applications. As a growing company, we have many opportunities to create/enhance our product offerings, and as such you will have the chance to work both individually as well as with teammates to utilize your technical talents. All of our developers also assist with production support needs, although only as a second or third tier. You will be asked to help solve production problems, but it will not be an overwhelming task time-wise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Application Development experience (required)
• Hybrid Mobile App Development with Cordova or Ionic (required)
• AngularJS and/or Vue.js (preferred)
• Object Oriented Programming (required)
• Experience related to the Payments or Financing industry (preferred)
• Experience integrating external APIs (required)
• RDBMS technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc (required)
• Database design, normalization, moderately-complex queries such as inserts, updates, joins, etc (required)
• AWS (preferred)
• We prefer it if you went to college but even if you didn't, we're open to getting together to talk.
