Occupy a unique position in the market as an iOS Engineer and use your technology skills to develop a product that impacts the way communities hospitals homes sports stadiums and schools across the world. Construction impacts the lives of nearly everyone in the world and yet it’s one of the world’s least digitized industries not to mention one of the most dangerous. We’re looking for a talented professional to join the company's performance engineering team. In this role you’ll collaborate closely with other project stakeholders to design and build customer solutions on our iOS platform.

• Contribute to our iOS app with a focus on performance frameworks and regression testing including memory usage database performance rendering battery network.

• Investigate performance issues identify hotspots/areas of improvement identify benchmarks that should be maintained and regression tested agains.

• Collaborate closely with other mobile developers to understand and develop solutions that address our needs and pain points.

• Mentor and knowledge share within the wider mobile engineering org.

What will help you succeed

• 5+ years of software development experience.

• At least 3+ years of native iOS development experience using Swift and CoreData.

• Experience doing performance profiling and analysis using Xcode instruments.

• Experience building frameworks and tools for native iOS performance tracking and analysis.

• Experience building regression suites and synthetic performance regression testing.

• Excellent communication skills working across teams to build common solutions.
