Job Title: Senior Mobile Software Engineer (iOS). Remote, West Coast United States. Pacific Time.

Want to help build the future, faster? Here is an exciting opportunity to work on our flagship product, AutoCAD! We're in the process of building a new AutoCAD mobile team from scratch, setting new processes and best practices, and are looking for a self-starter to come be part of our small but mighty team.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help build the world-class iOS app for AutoCAD. We already have subscribers, but there's a lot of room for growth and developing new features. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Translating designs and product requirements into high-quality code on the iOS platform
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to elaborate, design, and implement new features
• Designing, building, and maintaining reusable, reliable, high-performance code
• Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs
• Helping maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Building efficient and reusable front-end abstractions and systems
• Pushing the envelope on cutting-edge mobile technologies and front-end engineering best practices

Skills and Experience

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of professional software development experience and proficiency in Swift or Objective-C
• Understanding of the iOS mobile app development cycle and familiarity with iOS frameworks - able to connect iOS apps to back-end services
• Experience with Git or other versioning tools
• Understanding of UX/UI standards
• Experience developing cross-platform software components
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Experience with test-driven development and continuous delivery

Desired

• Published iOS apps in the App Store and/or experience building Android apps
• Familiarity with CAD software (Architectural, Mechanical, or Civil design)
• ML/AI operations experience
• Experience managing software projects across different geographies and time zones
