This role sits at the core of global mobility and immigration operations, ensuring smooth and compliant cross-border movement of employees in a fast-paced international environment. You will manage complex immigration and relocation cases while advising stakeholders on compliance, risk, and global mobility processes. The position plays a key role in enabling organizations to hire and relocate talent worldwide while maintaining adherence to local regulations. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting both employees and internal teams through end-to-end visa and work permit processes. The environment is highly dynamic, remote-first, and globally distributed, requiring strong autonomy and excellent communication skills. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about immigration, compliance, and enabling global workforces.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage end-to-end immigration and mobility cases, including visa and work permit applications, using internal case management systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on immigration processes, business travel, sponsorships, and relocation requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with evolving immigration laws and maintain accurate internal documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex or senior-level mobility cases, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with leadership on large-scale mobility projects and continuous process improvements.
  • Monitor mobility dashboards, SLAs, and communication channels to ensure service quality and response-time standards are met.
  • Develop and deliver training materials while mentoring junior mobility team members and supporting capability building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the optimization and standardization of global mobility processes and service offerings.
  • Requirements:

    • Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or a related immigration-focused role.
    • Strong understanding of immigration frameworks, visa processes, and international mobility regulations.
    • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or tech-driven environments is highly desirable.
    • Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, solution-oriented guidance on complex cases.
    • Experience working in remote or distributed teams is an advantage.
    • Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
    • Proven ability to mentor others and contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
    • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across global teams.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive annual salary ranging from €63,550 to €71,500, based on experience and location.
      • Fully remote work with global flexibility and async collaboration.
      • Flexible working hours and unlimited or flexible paid time off.
      • Paid parental leave and comprehensive mental health support programs.
      • Home office setup budget and IT equipment support.
      • Learning and development budget for continuous professional growth.
      • Stock options as part of the total rewards package.
      • Opportunities to work in a truly global, distributed organization.
      • Budget for co-working spaces or local team events.
