Senior Modern Workplace Engineer - 365

The M365 Modern Workplace Engineer works closely with internal IT and Product Owners to support SharePoint and Power Platform initiatives within the Firm. The focus of the position is to manage and maintain the integrity of SharePoint online site collections, permissions, storage, and support the firm's Power Platform environment and DLP strategy. The M365 Modem Workplace Engineer will also provide level 3 support and participate as a key stakeholder in M365 governance discussions.

Essential Job Functions

• Administration, configuration, maintenance, and support for SharePoint Online, OneDrive and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents). Cross-collaboration with other M365 services such as Teams, Forms, Bookings, D365, PowerBI.
• Support daily activities including Site Collection creation, permissions and access management, and responding to audit requests and litigation holds.
• Leadership: The senior SharePoint and Power Platform administrator is level three application support for CLA and provides mentorship to junior staff as needed.
• Collaborate with business SMEs to maintain Enterprise taxonomy and Search curation.
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• Assists users with adhoc requests for information. Provides training as required. Responsible for validation of updates and/or upgrades to the environment.
• Operations: Assist with enhancements as required. Creates process and technical documentation for new and existing processes, policies, and user guides. Identify areas for improvement and efficiencies and provide solutions.

Experience

• 4 years of experience and strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Power Platform Administration, and related M365 suite of applications, specifically Purview and Azure Active Directory.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree required. Associate degree plus five years of related technical experience acceptable in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
