Senior Moogsoft Engineer

100% Remote Opening

12 month contract, can be extended, no 1099 or c2c is allowed

The ideal candidate has in-depth experience implementing and supporting Moogsoft AIOps platform. •

A minimum of 3 years of experience with Moogsoft and/or related AIOps toolset •

Understands how AIOps solutions can be designed, implemented to enhance IT operations and incident management capabilities. •

Collaborate with and guide cross-functional teams to integrate Moogsoft with existing data sources, systems and workflows. •

Develop and refine strategies to improve incident detection, correlation, and root cause analysis. Drives Moogsoft rollout and adoption. •

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. •

Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients on AIOps concepts, tools, and best practices. •

Experience with lead observability solutions and monitoring tools. •

Understands application architecture and hybrid deployments including on-prem and cloud connectivity.
