Senior Motion Designer (Performance Marketing)

Your role at Exness:

You will be responsible for creating high-impact video content and ads that showcase our products, services, and brand. You will work closely with a variety of teams and specialists, from product owners to producers and outside contractors, to deliver impactful results.

You will:

• Produce engaging ads for acquisition campaigns across a variety of platforms including META, TikTok, Google and more.
• Identify and build great relationships with top-level artists, agencies and designers.
• The senior motion designer maintains high visual standards, and a strong attention to detail, client, audience, story, and context.
• Collaborate with the Media Buying team and build iterative processes to optimize creatives towards higher performance.
• Adhere to the branding guidelines and provide feedback to the HOD and other stakeholders for improvements.
• Be able to provide guidance and support and knowledge sharing whereas is needed for example onboarding new people or agencies according to business needs.
• Provide art direction, brand stewardship, and hands on design and animation for other projects outside acquisition.
• Work closely with the creative operations team to ensure assets meet technical and aesthetic standards as well as align to business goals.
• Research and adopt new tools to speed up / enhance production such as AI production tools for video and voice, etc.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Motion Graphics or other relevant field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in a similar industry
• Experience working in performance / acquisition departments
• Understanding of performance metrics for videos (CTR, CPAs, etc)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (notably After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Maya will be considered as a plus
• Character animator skills will be considered a plus.
• Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to translate concepts into motion graphics.
• Advanced proficiency in English is a must
