Senior .Net Developer

This role offers the opportunity to work on scalable, high-performance enterprise applications built on modern Microsoft technologies. You will contribute to designing, developing, and optimizing robust backend systems using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core in an Agile environment. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and maintainable software solutions that support business-critical operations. You will also play a key role in API development, database optimization, and system architecture decisions. The environment is fast-paced and quality-driven, with a strong emphasis on clean code, best practices, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on engineering role where your technical expertise directly influences product scalability and performance.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core frameworks, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and web services to support seamless system communication and business functionality.
• Work extensively with SQL Server for database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Apply MVC architecture and design patterns to ensure clean, structured, and reusable codebases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality software within sprint cycles.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain engineering standards and resolve issues efficiently.
• Contribute to cloud integration and DevOps practices, supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

Requirements

You bring strong experience in backend development with a deep focus on Microsoft technologies and modern web application design. You are comfortable working in Agile environments and have a solid understanding of scalable system architecture, APIs, and database management. You combine strong technical problem-solving skills with effective communication and collaboration abilities.

• 7–10 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C# and ASP.NET (MVC / .NET Core)
• Solid hands-on experience with SQL Server, including query optimization and database design
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and service-oriented architecture
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Good understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Nice to have: Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud integration (Azure preferred), Angular or React, microservices architecture, Docker, LINQ, JIRA, Confluence
• Insurance domain experience is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork mindset, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
