Senior .Net Engineer

You will join a small, highly collaborative engineering team building impactful software used across the automotive sales industry.
The role spans both front-end and back-end development, focusing on solving complex technical and product challenges.
You will work closely with product designers, engineers, and leadership to shape features from concept through delivery.
This is a remote-first position within Ireland, offering strong autonomy and ownership over your work.
You will contribute to improving system performance, scalability, and maintainability across a modern technology stack.

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across both front-end and back-end systems, addressing complex technical and product challenges
• Take ownership of feature delivery, from technical design through implementation and deployment
• Contribute to system architecture decisions, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering peers
• Mentor and support junior engineers while promoting best practices and high coding standards
• Identify opportunities for improvement, including reducing technical debt and enhancing development efficiency
• Explore and apply modern technologies, including AI-driven tools, to improve product development and user experience
• Manage multiple priorities effectively across concurrent projects

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience as a .NET Engineer working on production-grade systems
• Solid expertise in backend development with .NET technologies, and familiarity with modern frontend development
• Experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable applications in a cloud or distributed environment
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team setting
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and clean code practices
• Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers is highly valued
• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI tools and modern development frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, product-focused mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment
