Job Title: Senior NetSuite Administrator
Job Location: 100% Remote 
Job Shift: US PST Shift (8.30 pm- 5.30 am, IST) 

We're seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator to join us and expand our Team. Responsibilities and Duties

    • NetSuite Implementation and Customization:
  • Lead the technical implementation of NetSuite ERP solutions
  • Customize NetSuite using Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Builder, and Suite Talk
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and reports
    • System Administration:
  • Manage NetSuite configurations and ensure optimal system performance
  • Perform regular system audits, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate NetSuite with other business systems
    • User Support and Training:
  • Provide technical support and training to NetSuite users
  • Develop user guides and documentation
  • Assist with user role and permission configurations
    • Financial Compliance:
  • Ensure all financial processes within NetSuite comply with US GAAP
  • Work with the finance team to design and implement financial reports
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes


    • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP.
  • Previous experience working in a PST shift.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite data model and architecture.
  • Experience with integration tools and methods (e.g., REST, SOAP, middleware)
  • NetSuite certification(s) (e.g., Suite Foundation, Suite Cloud Developer).
  • Experience with other ERP systems.
