Responsibilities:
- Database maintenance (log review, performance analysis and reporting, data loading, and extraction)
- Network maintenance (back-up, upgrades, updates, patching, installation)
- Software maintenance and deployment (upgrades, updates, patches)
- Hardware maintenance and deployment (installations, equipment upgrades and updates)
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 level help desk support by interfacing with customers, monitoring systems and troubleshooting and analyzing problems
- Provide help desk support for agreed-upon core hours
- Provide an after-hours on call schedule to be published one month in advance
- Log and document all help desk requests with defined pertinent information to support analysis and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, or science
15 years of relevant experience
8 additional years of relevant experience will be considered equivalent to a degree
Must be able to obtain a security clearance
Must be able to effectively communicate with customers
Remote work is allowed
