Job Summary:
The Senior Network Engineer will assist in the day-to-day functionality of the Network while providing analysis, troubleshooting, and communication with the network team. In addition, they will augment the Network Operations Center (NOC) in real-time support of our Global Network Infrastructure.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in efforts of the design, testing and implementation of new systems architecture
- Collaborate with third-party support and service vendors to ensure systems stay operational (support during an outage)
- Prepare client documentation including network designs, network assessments, implementation plans, and post-implementation documentation
- Follow up with client, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Keep apprised of patches, latest technologies, and upcoming infrastructure installations
- Monitor network performance and integrity
- Research new technologies
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Shift work and on call required
Education and Experience:
- Three (3) plus years of related experience required
- Active CCIE required
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field is preferred
- Extensive experience in the following:
- ASA
- Routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.) including configuration, and troubleshooting
- Packet Capture
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
